- What does sequence generation include?
- When you generate a sequence for a lead, Strama automatically enriches their profile and creates a personalized multi-step outreach sequence — all for 10 credits. If a lead has already been qualified or enriched, those steps are skipped and you won't be charged again, so subsequent sequences cost less.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need more resources immediately, upgrading is instant and prorated.
- How do Managed Inboxes and Domains work?
- We create dedicated Google Workspace accounts for each Managed Inbox, ensuring professional email delivery and management. Each domain can support up to 3 managed inboxes, allowing you to scale your outreach while maintaining sender reputation. All Managed Inboxes include automatic email warm-up to establish and maintain high deliverability rates, ensuring your messages reach their intended recipients.
