How to Filter and Sort Leads in Strama AI Campaigns

You've added 50, 100, maybe 200 leads to your campaign. Great—but now what? How do you figure out who to prioritize? Who's missing data? Which prospects match your qualifiers and which ones don't?
Scrolling through a long list trying to spot patterns is a waste of time. You need to slice your data quickly: show me everyone missing an email. Show me everyone who matches my executive marketing role qualifier. Show me the leads with the highest qualification scores.
That's why we built filtering and sorting directly into the campaign view. It works like an Excel spreadsheet—simple, familiar, and fast.
Why Filtering and Sorting Matter
When you're managing a campaign with dozens of leads, you're not just executing outreach. You're making decisions:
- Which leads should I reach out to first?
- Who's missing critical data that I need to fill in?
- Which prospects match my highest-value qualifiers?
- Who's in what stage of my outreach sequence?
Without the ability to filter and sort, you're stuck manually scanning rows, trying to spot patterns in the noise. That's inefficient and error-prone.
Filtering and sorting give you instant visibility into your campaign data, so you can make smart prioritization decisions in seconds, not minutes.
How Filtering Works
Next to each column header in your campaign view, you'll see a filter icon. Click it, and you can filter based on that column's data.
Filtering by Missing Data
One of the most useful filters is checking for missing information. For example, if you want to see who's missing an email address:
- Click the filter icon next to the "Email" column
- Select "Missing email"
- The view updates to show only leads without email addresses
You can also filter in reverse. Select "Exclude missing email" to see everyone who does have an email address. This is helpful when you're ready to execute outreach and want to focus only on contacts with complete data.
Filtering by Qualifiers
Here's where filtering gets really powerful. You can filter by which qualifiers a lead matches.
Click the filter icon next to the "Qualifications" column, and you'll see a list of all your campaign qualifiers. Select the ones you want to filter by.
For example, if you want to see everyone who matches the "Executive marketing role" qualifier, select that option. The campaign view updates to show only those leads.
You can also select multiple qualifiers at once. Want to see everyone who matches both "Executive marketing role" AND "Billion+ revenue"? Select both, and Strama shows you only the leads that match both criteria.
This is incredibly useful when you've just imported a large lead list and want to prioritize the highest-quality prospects first.
Filtering by Sequence Stage
You can also filter by where leads are in your outreach sequence. Click the filter next to the "Sequence" column to see options like:
- Not started
- In progress
- Completed
- Paused
This helps you quickly identify who needs attention. For example, filter for "Not started" to see who you haven't reached out to yet, or "In progress" to review active conversations.
How Sorting Works
Sorting is just as simple. Click the up/down arrow icon next to any column header to sort by that column in ascending or descending order.
Sorting by Qualification Score
One of the most valuable sorts is by qualification score. Click the sort icon next to the "Qualifications" column, and you can sort by:
- Ascending: Leads with the fewest qualifier matches appear first
- Descending: Leads with the most qualifier matches appear first
Sorting by descending qualifier matches is a fast way to prioritize your outreach. The leads at the top of the list are your best-fit prospects based on the criteria you defined. Focus your energy there first.
Sorting by Other Columns
You can sort by any column:
- Company name (alphabetical order)
- Job title (alphabetical order)
- Email status (to group missing vs. present emails)
- Sequence stage (to see who's at what stage)
Sorting makes it easy to organize your view however makes sense for your workflow.
Combining Filters and Sorts for Powerful Views
The real power comes from combining filters and sorts together.
For example:
- Filter to show only leads with an email address (exclude missing emails)
- Sort by qualification score (descending) to show the highest-quality leads first
Now you're looking at a prioritized list of actionable prospects—people you can reach out to immediately, ranked by how well they match your ideal profile.
Or try this combination:
- Filter by the "Executive marketing role" qualifier
- Filter to exclude anyone missing an email
- Sort by company name (alphabetical)
Now you've got a clean list of executive marketing contacts with emails, organized by company. Perfect if you're doing account-based outreach and want to see all your contacts at each target company grouped together.
Clearing Filters and Resets
Made a bunch of filter and sort selections and want to start fresh? Just click "Clear all" in the filter menu to reset your view back to the full campaign list.
This makes it easy to experiment with different views without worrying about getting stuck in a filtered state.
Why This Feature Streamlines Your Workflow
Filtering and sorting might seem like small features, but they have an outsized impact on your daily workflow. Instead of scrolling, scanning, and mentally sorting through dozens of leads, you get instant answers to questions like:
- Who should I focus on today?
- Which leads are ready for outreach?
- Who's missing data that I need to fix?
- Which prospects match my highest-priority qualifiers?
These are the questions you're asking every time you open a campaign. Filtering and sorting give you the answers in seconds.
